And then, to REALLY make my day today, these smiling faces (and Olivia's, who was during this photo tucked away in Harry Potter) returned to me this morning after five days with their dad. We had a lot of fun making fresh whole wheat blueberry pancakes with smiley faces and other fun designs. They admit that their dad's new recipe is pretty good too, but I'm not quite ready to use flax seed and soy milk instead of Winder milk and Omega 3 eggs. I've been using my recipe almost every single week now for at least four years, and it has become like an old reliable friend.
