What is the most important thing Obama will do for our country?

Olivia: He wants to change America. He wants to clean up America.

Isaac: Mom, I was listening. He's going to re-grow America

Grace: Help and save people. Now he's living in the big White House.

My thoughts: I am impressed with Obama's ability to bring people together and his brilliant enthusiasm. I truly hope that what he says is true, that "the old hatreds shall some day pass, that the lines of tribes shall soon dissolve . . .". His being elected is certainly a tangible step towards that goal and a symbol of our capability and responsibility to "usher in a new era of peace" - not only with other countries, but within our own country.

I was always impressed, but I was really sold on Obama when he talked about how each American will have to sacrifice to make big changes happen.
